A leading oil and gas organization is seeking experienced Drillers for expanding onshore operations in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on safe, efficient, and high-performance land drilling operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage drilling activities in accordance with operational procedures.
- Operate drilling equipment while maintaining performance and safety.
- Apply well control procedures and HSE standards.
- Lead and mentor rig crews while maintaining productivity.
- Support operational efficiency and equipment performance.
Key requirements
- At least two years of experience is required.
- Proven experience as a Driller on land drilling rigs.
- Saudi drilling experience is required.
- Strong understanding of drilling operations, well control procedures, and HSE standards.
- Experience operating drilling equipment while maintaining performance and safety.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Additional qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing drilling activities according to operational procedures.
- A proactive approach to safety, operational efficiency, and equipment performance.
- Relevant industry certifications and well control qualifications are advantageous.
