About The Role
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives (Male & Female) with proven experience in selling paints, coatings, and paint-related services.
The ideal candidates must have strong market knowledge, client relationships, and a successful track record in generating revenue and achieving sales targets within the Qatar market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for paints and paint services.
- Generate sales through contractors, consultants, project owners, retail, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
- Promote company products and services professionally in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in paints, coatings, or paint services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong network with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders in Qatar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
