Job Title: Sales Executive – Long Term Rentals
Job Purpose
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to support the growth of our long-term rental (LTR) business.
This role is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying and acquiring long-term rental customers (B2C B2B).
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote LTR offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable rental solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, fleet, customer support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, in car rental, mobility, or service industry.
- Automobile industry experience mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in long-term rentals, leasing, or subscription-based services is a plus.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
