- Sell residential and commercial properties from the company’s portfolio
- Conduct property tours, provide detailed information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
- Interact with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
- Provide professional advice and guidance on buying, selling, and investment opportunities
- Generate and follow up on potential leads to expand the client base
- Build and maintain a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings
- Ensure clients are well informed about available properties, their features, benefits, and pricing
- Build strong, long term relationships based on trust and transparency
- Deliver engaging presentations and arrange site visits to help clients visualize their potential investments
- Facilitate timely completion of transactions and ensure all documentation and processes are accurately executed

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred)
