- Generate new business opportunities within the UAE interior fit out and turnkey market
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and developers
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Work closely with design, estimation, production, and project management teams
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow up with prospects
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records using the company's CRM system
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Interior Fit Out & Turnkey projects within the UAE
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential fit out projects
- Existing client database and industry network highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self motivated with ability to work independently
- Valid UAE Driving Licence preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)

About the Role
- Dubai Source Advertising LLC is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the Interior Fit Out and Turnkey industry.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary from AED 5,000 per month.
- Minimum monthly sales target: AED 250,000.
- Performance based commission of up to 4%, payable upon successful completion of the 6 month probation period.
