About the Role
Dubai Source Advertising LLC is seeking a driven Sales Executive to generate new B2B business in advertising, signage, printing, and branding. The role involves networking, client meetings, preparing quotations, negotiating, and closing deals to achieve a monthly sales target of AED 200,000+.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and client visits
- Identify and target new B2B opportunities across multiple industries in the UAE
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand their branding and advertising needs
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with internal teams
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Manage a sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads and quotations
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of AED 200,000+
Requirements
- Minimum 2 5 years of B2B/B2C sales experience in the UAE
- Experience in advertising, signage, printing, branding, construction, interiors, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable with field sales
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
