Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the fit out, joinery, and turnkey sectors
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and client meetings
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close projects
- Work closely with estimation, design, production, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates through the company's CRM system
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly business development targets
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven business development experience within the UAE Interior Fit Out, Joinery, and Turnkey industry
- Demonstrated ability to generate and close high value projects
- Strong network of clients, consultants, contractors, architects, and developers within the UAE
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Self driven, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: AED 5,000 per month.
- Minimum monthly business generation target: AED 200,000+.
- Performance based commission ranging from 1.5% to 4%, effective after the successful completion of the 6 month probation period.
