About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment processes for sales, operations, and technical roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for interviews
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management
- Handle onboarding and induction of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support visa processing, renewals, and labour related procedures (UAE compliance)
- Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
- Handle employee relations and support internal HR queries
- Ensure company HR policies are followed across departments
- Assist in performance tracking and HR reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years HR experience in the UAE
- Experience in recruitment for sales, construction, advertising, or fit out industries preferred
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast growing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, GulfTalent) is an advantage
- Fluent English required (Arabic is a plus)

- Dubai Source Advertising LLC is a growing company in Dubai specializing in advertising, signage, printing, branding, and corporate marketing solutions.
- We are also expanding into the joinery and interior fit out sector, building a multi division business group.
- As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support recruitment, employee management, and day to day HR operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
