Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in carpentry and interior fit out
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabic speaking clients, including contractors, consultants, and developers
- Conduct meetings and presentations with clients in Arabic and English
- Prepare quotations and reports in coordination with pricing and production teams
- Follow up on clients and proposals to convert them into actual projects
- Support negotiation and closing of deals
- Achieve monthly sales target of AED 200,000 or more
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 3 years of sales experience in the UAE in carpentry, interior fit out, construction, or similar field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong professional relationships in the UAE market
- Experience in preparing and following up on quotations is preferred
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Ambitious and target driven personality

- We offer custom carpentry solutions, office fit outs, and interior design for retail and commercial spaces.
- We work with contractors, consultants, developers, and corporate clients across the UAE.
