- Adhere to sales forecast and strategic plan to ensure optimization and profitability
- Manage sales operations, monitor day to day operations, and design competitive sales packages
- Visit customers frequently to take orders, confirm delivery details and stock levels
- Promote the business to new and existing clients and secure new and repeat business
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, email, and networking
- Prepare documents related to sale and support contracting activities
- Provide accurate and timely forecasting and prepare sales reports
- Ensure timely collection of receivables from clients
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience in furniture retail industry or luxury retail
- Must be flexible with working in different shifts and at various locations within Dubai
- Must be highly presentable

What you'll be doing
- Adheres to sales forecast and strategic plan to ensure optimization and profitability of the Business Unit
- Provides sales forecasts and ensures that the brand/category function is informed for required actions
- Manages sales operations, regularly monitors day to day operations, including checks on prospective clients, negotiations and the design of competitive sales packages
- Visits customer frequently to take orders, confirm delivery details and stock levels
- Records progress of enquiries and creates regular reports
- Promotes the business to new and existing clients and secures new and repeat business
- Advises customers on forthcoming product developments and discusses special promotions
- Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, email, and networking
- Prepares documents related to sale and supports contracting activities
- Maintains and files all related documents and ensures compliance
- Provides customers with clarifications, answers queries, provides requested information and follows up
- Provides accurate and timely forecasting on a periodic basis
What we need from you
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience in furniture retail industry or luxury retail
- Must be flexible with working in different shifts and at various locations within Dubai
- Must be highly presentable
