Position Overview

  • Sales Executive for accounting services at GoStride Ventures.
  • Full time position in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, follow ups, and client visits.
  • Identify and qualify prospects and convert enquiries into signed engagements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first call to after sales follow up.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Keep sales pipeline and client records up to date.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telesales and B2B sales.
  • Experience selling accounting, tax, or professional services is an advantage.
  • Confident and persuasive on the phone.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Working understanding of UAE business requirements is an advantage.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
