Responsibilities
- Generate new business for GoStride Ventures' accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and payroll services through outbound calls, follow ups, and client visits
- Identify and qualify prospects, reach business owners and key decision makers, and convert enquiries into signed engagements
- Manage the full sales cycle from first call through proposal, negotiation, closing, and after sales follow up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and spot opportunities to expand services
- Keep sales pipeline and client records up to date with regular reporting on calls, meetings, and conversions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings and at networking and business events
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales and B2B sales
- Confident and persuasive on the phone, with ability to reach decision makers and secure meetings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Experience selling accounting, tax, or other professional services is an advantage
- Working understanding of UAE business requirements such as bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate tax compliance is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

About the Role

Qualifications
