Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Executive.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting property tours, and promoting Boon Stay’s services.

This professional will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client accounts, and contribute to the company’s long-term growth in both holiday stays and property management services.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Experience with property management, real estate, or short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Property Finder, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Dubai market and strong networking abilities
  • Proficiency in sales-related software and tools; ability to manage sales pipelines effectively
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and excellent at time management
  • Flexibility to work in an on-site environment and understand customer needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or equivalent experience
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., fluency in English and Arabic) are advantageous
