Responsibilities
- Generate vehicle sales through walk in customers, referrals, digital leads, and prospecting activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and vehicle purchase documentation
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Stay updated on product specifications, features, pricing, and market trends
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer engagement activities
- Provide excellent after sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in automotive sales
- Valid Driving License preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Emirati Showroom Sales Executive to join our automotive sales team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, developing customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and departmental sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate vehicle sales through walk in customers, referrals, digital leads, and prospecting activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and vehicle purchase documentation
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Stay updated on product specifications, features, pricing, and market trends
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer engagement activities
- Provide excellent after sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in automotive sales is a must requirement.
- Valid Driving License preferred.
