About the Role
AGMC seeks a Meet and Greet Executive to welcome customers at the showroom, handle telephone switchboard, assist walk-in customers, and ensure a comfortable waiting experience. The role requires 2+ years of customer service or hostess experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting customers as they arrive in the Showroom
- Handling the telephone switchboard and taking messages
- Assisting Walk in customers at the Service Centre
- Planning the workshop capacity/ team capacity and continuous utilisation of the workshop
- Ensuring that waiting customers are comfortable & are being well looked after
- Handling initial verbal complaints from customers & directing them to the responsible person
- Identifying methods for improvement in floor traffic control
- Reporting to management any discrepancies noticeable in the showroom
- Thanking the customer when they leave, wherever possible
- CRM follow up
- Monitoring customer complaints
- Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, hostess, or any similar role
- Strong communication skills in English
- Administrative skills
- High school Diploma or bachelor’s degree
