Responsibilities
- Accurately process cash, cheque, and card payments from customers for vehicle services, parts, and sales
- Ensure all receipts, invoices, and payment records are correctly issued and documented
- Arrange and prepare bank deposits in compliance with company policies
- Close job cards promptly and ensure proper financial documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions for auditing and reporting purposes
- Prepare and submit ad hoc reports, financial statements, and any other required documentation as needed
- Follow all financial guidelines and compliance measures to prevent fraud or errors
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to customers to enhance their experience
- Address customer queries related to payments, invoices, and financial transactions in a timely and helpful manner
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure seamless processing of transactions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (additional certification in finance or accounting is a plus)
- 2 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the automotive or luxury brand sector
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Excel)
- Prior experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cash flow records, balance daily transactions, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Efficiency in completing month end and year end closing processes.
- Support provided during audits with minimal findings.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining the financial standards required to meet the business objectives.
- Maintain goodwill and long term loyalty of customers and partners through excellent service.

Skills and Qualifications
