Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and **experienced Russian-speaking Sales Executive with a strong background in steel trading or steel manufacturing**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for **developing and managing relationships with Russian-speaking clients and expanding our presence in CIS markets.**
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in **Russia and CIS countries**
- Identify new business opportunities in steel trading/manufacturing
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation, negotiation, closing deals)
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and follow up on orders
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams for order fulfillment
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends in steel industry and competitor activity
Requirements
- Fluent in **Russian (spoken and written)**
- **Good English communication skills**
- Minimum **2–5 years experience in steel trading / metals industry / B2B industrial sales**
- Strong **negotiation and communication skills**
- Existing client network in CIS region is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred
- **Experience in UAE / GCC steel market**
- Knowledge of **export/import procedures**
