Job Overview

- Receive and process payments accurately for laundry services.
- Sort and inspect incoming laundry items to ensure quality standards.
- Increase overall shop sales by providing personalised service and upselling.
- Gather customer feedback for improvement and communicate with operations team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well presented workspace.
- Handle minor repairs and take necessary actions to prevent damage.
- Report any potential security issues or store related concerns to management.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail or customer service, preferably in fashion or laundry sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to meeting customer needs and providing quality service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of payment processing, cash handling, and POS software.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 2,600 3,000 per month plus bonus and commission.
- Benefits: Visa and Medical Insurance.
- Duty Hours: 11 hours + 1 hour break, monthly 4 off days.
Work Location
- In person in Dubai.
