Role Overview-
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our team in Doha.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership sales by identifying prospects, generating leads, and converting them into long-term members.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities-
- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and facility tours
- Convert prospects into active members
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales management tools
Qualifications & Skills-
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Strong lead generation and closing skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Doha, Qatar
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
