About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized HR & Admin Assistant to support the Human Resources department with onboarding, employee records management, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in Qatar, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end onboarding activities for new employees
- Prepare employment documentation, contracts, and onboarding packages
- Ensure all required employee documents are collected prior to joining
- Schedule induction sessions and coordinate with internal departments for new hire readiness
- Liaise with IT, Administration, and relevant departments to arrange employee access, workstations, uniforms, IDs, and equipment
- Conduct onboarding orientation and introduce company policies and procedures
- Track probation periods and support follow up processes
- Create, maintain, and update both physical and electronic employee personnel files
- Ensure employee records remain complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and Qatar Labour Law
- Update employee information, contracts, promotions, transfers, salary changes, and other records in the HRIS
- Monitor document expiry dates, including passports, QIDs, visas, certifications, and employment contracts
- Perform regular audits of personnel files and HR records to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in Qatar
- Experience handling employee onboarding and HR documentation
- Familiarity with Qatar Labour Law is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using HRIS systems is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Overview

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in Qatar.
- Experience handling employee onboarding and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with Qatar Labour Law is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using HRIS systems is preferred.
