Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee, espresso based beverages, specialty teas, and other hot and cold drinks to executives, VIP guests, and employees
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing personalized, courteous, and attentive service
- Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently to the highest quality and presentation standards
- Set up and serve refreshments for executive meetings, board meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Maintain executive pantries, coffee stations, and hospitality areas in immaculate condition at all times
- Monitor and replenish premium beverage supplies, snacks, and hospitality items while maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Perform daily cleaning, sanitization, and routine maintenance of coffee machines and related equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company health and safety standards
- Handle confidential environments with professionalism and discretion while supporting senior leadership and VIP visitors
- Coordinate with the Facilities, Administration, or Hospitality team to ensure seamless hospitality services
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and supply ordering
- Continuously enhance the guest experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and anticipating hospitality needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Barista in a luxury hotel, executive lounge, corporate office, private club, or premium hospitality environment
- Professional knowledge of espresso preparation, specialty coffee, tea service, and beverage presentation
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality when serving executives and VIP guests
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast paced corporate environment
- Basic English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage

Working Conditions
