Position: Sales Executive – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to support membership growth for one of our fitness facilities, including gyms and swimming academies, in Doha.

In this role, you will be responsible for attracting new members, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and identify potential clients
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and facility tours
  • Promote memberships and services for gyms and swimming academies
  • Convert inquiries into active memberships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective members
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and sales systems

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong lead generation and closing skills
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales systems
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Doha, Qatar
  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, or sports industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
