Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our Doha team.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving membership growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into loyal members.

You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and conduct facility tours
  • Convert prospects into active members
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential members
  • Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and sales initiatives
  • Maintain accurate data and records using CRM and sales systems

Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong skills in lead generation and closing deals
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • **Fluency in both Arabic and English is required**
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Doha, Qatar
  • Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
