Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and secure CCTV, ELV, Security Systems, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Promote and sell CCTV Systems, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Networking, Intercom, Public Address Systems, Gate Barrier Systems, and related ELV solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, and corporate clients
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Identify project opportunities and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to project award
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in CCTV, ELV, Security Systems, Networking, ICT, or Technology Solutions
- Proven track record in generating revenue, securing projects, and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, ELV Systems, Structured Cabling, Networking, and Security Solutions
- Experience in project sales, tendering, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, and corporate clients in Qatar
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred
- GCC experience is preferred

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Executive to join our CCTV & ELV Division.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing projects, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across CCTV, Access Control, ELV, Networking, Structured Cabling, Gate Barrier Systems, Intercom, Public Address Systems, and Integra
- The ideal candidate must have strong experience in project sales, business development, and client acquisition within the CCTV and ELV industry and possess a strong network within the Qatar market.
