Job Description
Beach Rotana is seeking a guest-focused Sales Executive to deliver strong customer service and creative solutions.
The position is based at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi.
Sales Responsibilities
- Implement sales activities and maximize business opportunities in the assigned area.
- Maintain hotel exposure through direct sales.
- Cover assigned account portfolios and relevant managerial and departmental contacts.
- Execute sales objectives and action plans to reach or exceed targets.
- Solicit and serve transient and group business and meetings.
- Follow selling strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities.
- Maintain current knowledge of property selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies.
- Prepare corporate offer letters, yearly contracts, and other business correspondence.
- Provide feedback on marketing conditions and competitive trends from direct sales activity.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in sales and marketing is preferred.
- At least two years of post-graduate experience in a similar position is required.
- Good computer skills are required.
- A perfect command of English is required.
