Role Overview
Recreation Attendant position based at Beach Rotana Hotel.
The role supports the efficient operation of the health club and recreation areas.
Core Responsibilities
- Keep swimming pools, sun lounges, pool decks, changing rooms, and health club areas clean.
- Report maintenance issues and guest complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist guests and potential members with arrival, facility tours, prices, and club information.
- Support morning setup, furniture placement, and cleaning across operational areas.
Qualifications and Experience
- A diploma or vocational training in sports or leisure is preferred.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred.
- Ability to swim is required.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work long hours outdoors are essential.
Skills and Competencies
- Good command of English and good interpersonal abilities are advantageous.
- Customer focus and guest service skills are expected.
- The role requires complaint handling, teamwork, adaptability, and responsibility.
- The candidate should work well under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Work Environment
- The position involves working in pool, health club, and other outdoor recreation areas.
