Job Description
Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Front Desk Agent.
The position is based at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi and focuses on professional, customer-focused guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service from guest arrival through departure.
- Greet guests personally by name when known and escort them to their rooms.
- Conduct in-room and hotel familiarization and assist with hotel activity enquiries and requests.
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel information, local services, operating hours, promotions, events, and attractions.
- Monitor daily rate levels and hotel occupancy levels.
- Administer Front Desk cashiering standards and follow established systems, policies, and procedures.
- Process accounts from check-in to check-out and accurately post incidental charges using computerized Front Office systems.
- Maintain guest privacy and do not disclose guest details.
- Maintain full knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, facilities, service standards, and happenings.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in hospitality is ideally preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel Front Office Department is ideally preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of an additional language is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Computer literacy is expected.
- Previous experience with Opera is advantageous.

- The role requires the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate should work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
