About the Role
Visa is seeking a Sales Excellence Senior Manager to drive sales pipeline reporting, quarterly reporting, and sales excellence programs. The role requires 10+ years in sales excellence and project management, with strong data analytics skills.

Responsibilities
- Weekly pipeline reporting, priority deals update, preparation for reviews, and maintaining pipeline hygiene
- Quarterly reporting on core deals
- Collaborate with AEs to update MSD so that figures align with the approved Code 5 model
- Provide updates on all wins and market developments
- Compile updates on closed deals, product launches, upcoming deals, and Government/Competition insights
- Work with functions on annual operating plan targets
- Assign KPIs and track monthly performance
- Maintain, update scorecard metrics and share with Leadership team
- Manage contact selection, follow up with AEs on client participation, and organize meetings with Visa Executives
- Assist CEMEA events team with client nominations, compliance screening, and AE follow ups
- Coordinate client participation, prepare VIK documentation, and liaise with controllership/compliance
- Identify opportunities for AI and embed AI enabled solutions into business processes
Requirements
- 10+ years successful track record in Sales excellence and project management
- 5+ years experience with data analytics and ability to extract insights
- Experience developing and implementing Sales Excellence programs
- Strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years successful track record in Sales excellence and project management.
- 5+ years experience with data analytics and ability to successfully review data and reports to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop and implement Sales Excellence programs, working closely with Regional and Training teams.
Workplace Policy
- Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
