- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers while ensuring timely follow up on customer inquiries
- Support negotiations to achieve optimal profitability and business outcomes
- Drive order bookings in alignment with sales targets and business objectives
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to develop new business
- Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and market opportunities to support service revenue growth
- Provide professional proposals, offerings, and technical support for connected and digitalized service solutions
- Support payment collection activities and ensure timely resolution of outstanding customer accounts
- Identify and acquire sales opportunities while contributing to financial targets
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and provide updates to management
- Execute customer visit plans and maintain regular engagement with customers
- Promote Carrier solutions, increase product awareness, and educate customers on available service offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or MBA
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in service sales, service contracts, aftermarket sales, or related field
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective customer relationships
- Good organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate customer needs into suitable offerings
- Proficiency in English and Arabic

About The Role
- Carrier is looking for a Sales Engineering Associate to support our Service and Aftermarket business, including service agreements and service repair solutions.
- In this role, you will contribute to sales growth by supporting customer relationship management, developing business opportunities, preparing proposals, and providing technical support to customers.
- You will work closely with sales teams and customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and help drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Required Qualifications
