About The Role

  • Carrier is looking for a Sales Engineering Associate to support our Service and Aftermarket business, including service agreements and service repair solutions.
  • In this role, you will contribute to sales growth by supporting customer relationship management, developing business opportunities, preparing proposals, and providing technical support to customers.
  • You will work closely with sales teams and customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and help drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales activities related to service agreements, service repairs, and aftermarket solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers while ensuring timely follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Support negotiations to achieve optimal profitability and business outcomes.
  • Drive order bookings in alignment with sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and identify opportunities to develop new business.
  • Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and market opportunities to support service revenue growth.
  • Provide professional proposals, offerings, and technical support for connected and digitalized service solutions.
  • Support payment collection activities and ensure timely resolution of outstanding customer accounts.
  • Identify and acquire sales opportunities while contributing to financial targets.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and provide updates to management.
  • Execute customer visit plans and maintain regular engagement with customers.
  • Promote Carrier solutions, increase product awareness, and educate customers on available service offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or an MBA.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in service sales, service contracts, aftermarket sales, or a related field.
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate customer needs into suitable offerings.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Experience supporting HVAC, building systems, engineering solutions, or related service industries.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management and sales processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
