Responsibilities
- Enhance Market Coverage for VRF in central region
- Forecast sales and booking for the month
- Follow up quotation status with customer and coordinate with application engineers
- Obtain factory price by completing formalities and required documents
- Review standard sales contracts and reach agreement with customers
- Review and submit sales order to factory in coordination with Finance, Purchasing and Logistics
- Follow payment terms and assist in collections
- Participate in weekly/monthly meetings for sales review, aging and collection
- Review and approve costing sheet and quotation according to approval matrix
- Review monthly online backlog report
- Attend factory equipment witness tests
- Generate inquiries through market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers and dealers
Requirements
- 4 6 years of sales experience in HVAC similar industries
- Thorough knowledge of the market and A/C, VRF products
- Experience in sales for central region of KSA
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Excellent communication and inter personal skills
- Team player, excellent negotiations and Computer skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Saudi National (restriction)

Role
- Sales Engineer VRF
Role Responsibilities
- To Enhance Market Coverage for VRF in central region.
- Forecasts sales and booking for the month.
- Follows up the quotation status with the customer, understands the requirements and coordinates with the application engineers to fulfil customer needs.
- Obtains the factory price by completing formalities and the required documents.
- Reviews standard sales contracts & reaches agreement with customers (payment, LC, warranty, etc.). Follows approval process.
- Reviews and submits sales order to factory in coordination with Finance, Purchasing and Logistics.
- Follows the payment terms guidelines and payment conditions as instructed by the Finance Department and assists in collections.
- Participates in weekly/monthly meetings for sales review, aging and collection.
- Reviews and approves the costing sheet and quotation according to the approval matrix.
- Reviews monthly online backlog report.
- Attends factory equipment witness tests.

Minimum Requirements
