- Modernization Sales are considered a strategic priority for our Business to complement our growth plans.
- We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer for our Modernization business to be based in our Dubai, UAE office.
- In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important.
- You will proactively generate opportunities from outside the current customer base identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

- ***What will you do?***
- Proactively hunt for new opportunities, develop and create customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team
- Document and maintain the customer and contact information
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer base
- Accountable for finding customer needs and KONE’s solution matching those needs
- Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools
- Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits, while keeping CRM up to date
- ***Are you the one?***
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Modernization Sales experience
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
- Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
- Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- UAE experience is a must
