Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Sales Engineer – Interior Fit-Out** to drive business growth and secure fit-out projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to project award.
A solid understanding of interior fit-out works and the UAE market is essential for success in this role.
**Note:** A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities** **Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in interior fit-out and construction projects
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients
- Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and scope
Sales & Proposal Management
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for fit-out projects
- Coordinate with estimation and design teams to develop competitive quotations
- Present solutions to clients and negotiate terms to close deals
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and tender submissions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Market & Project Monitoring
- Track market trends and upcoming fit-out projects across the UAE
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new opportunities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Requirementseducation
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- **3–7 years** of experience in interior fit-out sales within the UAE or GCC
- Proven experience working with fit-out contractors, developers, and consultants
Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, aluminum works, and finishes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and project requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
