- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a positive first impression of the company
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Coordinate visitor appointments and meeting room schedules
- Maintain visitor records and support office administration activities
- Receive and distribute documents, courier deliveries, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments when required
- Maintain confidentiality of company information
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant
- Previous experience in GCC corporate environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
