- Lead and manage overall finance and accounting operations
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Oversee project accounting, job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
- Monitor WIP, revenue recognition, retention accounting, progress billing, and project variations
- Manage AR and AP functions to optimize cash flow and working capital
- Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, LCs, bank guarantees, and trade finance activities
- Review project contracts and identify financial risks, obligations, and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, corporate policies, and statutory requirements
- Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities
- Implement and strengthen financial controls, policies, procedures, and ERP systems
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Requirements
- CA preferred; ACCA, CPA, CMA, or Master's in Finance/Accounting considered
- Minimum 15 20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Minimum 5 years as Finance Manager, Finance Controller, or similar senior finance leadership role
- Mandatory UAE experience within Contracting, Construction, Engineering, or Interior Fit Out companies
- Strong expertise in project accounting, job costing, WIP reporting, revenue recognition, variations & retention management
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and IFRS standards
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or equivalent
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Position Overview
- The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete financial and accounting operations of the organization, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, profitability, and financial stability across multiple projects and business units.
- The ideal candidate must have substantial UAE contracting or construction industry experience and possess strong expertise in project accounting, job costing, cash flow management, budgeting, financial reporting, banking facilities, LCs, bank guarantees, and contract related financial management.
- Candidates holding a CA qualification will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall finance and accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee project accounting, job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor Work in Progress (WIP), revenue recognition, retention accounting, progress billing, and project variations.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions to optimize cash flow and working capital.
- Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, and trade finance activities.
- Review project contracts and identify financial risks, obligations, and opportunities.
- Develop and monitor project budgets and financial performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, corporate policies, and statutory requirements.
- Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Implement and strengthen financial controls, policies, procedures, and ERP systems.
Requirements

- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience leading and developing finance teams.
Pay
- AED 14,000.00 AED 18,000.00 per month
