- Develop and execute procurement strategies for aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, and façade related materials
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local and international suppliers and manufacturers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure best value and quality
- Coordinate with production, projects, and estimation teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely procurement
- Monitor market trends, material pricing, and currency fluctuations to optimize purchasing decisions
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and quality standards
- Oversee inventory levels, lead times, and logistics coordination for incoming materials
- Resolve supply chain issues, delays, and quality non conformances with vendors
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and savings tracking for management
- Lead and mentor the procurement team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8–15 years of procurement experience within the aluminum, façade, glazing, or construction materials industry
- At least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of aluminum and façade materials, suppliers, and market dynamics in the UAE/GCC
- Proven negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization skills
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a procurement team
- Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and MS Excel
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision making skills
- UAE driving license preferred

Role Overview
- The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing end to end procurement of raw materials, components, and equipment for our aluminum and façade operations — ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery to support both factory production and project execution.
