SALES DIRECTOR – REAL ESTATE – Dubai - AED 30K - 35K + Family Status

Our client, one of the Leading Semi-govt Real Estate Developer is looking to hire Sales Director based in Dubai.

Budget; AED 30K - 35K + Family Status (Visa, Medical, Annual Airfare + Education allowance) + Commission,

Reporting to – Executive VP Sales & Operations.

Note: Only candidates with Developer experience will be shortlisted, Managing Team experience is a must.

The role will be managing a team of Sales Managers.

Job Summary

Organize, direct, and manage the sales and leasing activities to achieve set revenue targets within budgeted costs.

Motivate the team, develop, and implement leasing and sales procedures.

Oversee the completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure proper customer service.

Key responsibility:

1.

Manage the daily activities of the sales and leasing team in achieving their goals as set by the HOS.

2.

Meet individual targets and Team targets.

3.

Assist HOD in developing plans for team sales activities to include sales strategy to achieve agreed targets, effective search of leads/prospects, penetrate new markets

4.

Prepare and agree upon individual action plans and targets for all team members

5.

Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team and monitor their performance.

6.

Motivate Sales Team by Listening to their feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

7.

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

8.

Ensure following the sales & leasing guidelines and follow the pricing structure as approved.

9.

Prepare presentations, proposals, and price lists to enable the team to deliver accurate and competitive information whilst maintaining maximum profit margin and assist team members to prepare and deliver client/customer presentations, proposals, and price lists

10.

Set an example for team members of commitment, sales activities, work ethics and habits and personal character

11.

Achieve the set financial target & meet the approved budget

12.

Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization and its departments and clients/customers

13.

Performs any other related job duties as requested by direct supervisor.

Education Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR MBA Preferred
  • 6-8 Years of Real Estate experience in Sales with Developer.
  • Real estate agent’s or broker’s license
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with command over written and spoken English.
  • MS Office & other computer application, Negotiation and communication skills
