Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base within the fit-out and maintenance sector.
The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections and a proven track record in securing high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in fit-out, interiors, and maintenance services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure performance targets are met
- Prepare and review proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in sales within fit-out, construction, or maintenance industry
- Strong network within the UAE market (developers, consultants, contractors)
- Proven ability to close high-value deals
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
