About the Role

  • We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Intern who is eager to build a career in Dubai's real estate industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Property Advisors in managing buyer and investor inquiries.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify leads.
  • Schedule property viewings and client meetings.
  • Follow up with clients to maintain engagement throughout the sales process.
  • Assist in preparing property presentations and marketing materials.
  • Learn and understand Dubai's off plan and secondary real estate markets.
  • Conduct market research on developers, projects, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update the company's CRM system.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and property launches.
  • Build knowledge of RERA regulations and Dubai real estate practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in real estate sales and property investment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confident, professional, and customer focused personality.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Self motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship or sales experience is an advantage.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage (not mandatory).
