- Learn and understand Dubai's off plan and secondary real estate markets.
- Conduct market research on developers, projects, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the company's CRM system.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and property launches.
- Build knowledge of RERA regulations and Dubai real estate practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or related field
- Strong interest in real estate sales and property investment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Confident, professional, and customer focused personality
- Self motivated with willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
