- Maintain accurate records in the CRM

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Dubai off plan real estate sales experience
- Proven history of successful sales and deal closures
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, projects, and payment plans
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Self driven, target oriented, and highly motivated
- RERA certification is an advantage

Role Overview
- We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Consultants who have a proven track record of closing off plan property sales in Dubai.
- Unlike traditional brokerages where consultants spend most of their time prospecting, your primary responsibility at Habico Properties is to convert qualified client meetings into successful property transactions.
