Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies using TikTok and Snapchat
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize lead quality and ROI
- Generate high quality buyer and investor leads for off plan and secondary market properties
- Research trending content and create engaging short form videos that drive inquiries
- Plan and publish daily content across TikTok and Snapchat
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign objectives
- Install and manage tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and analytics tools
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, advertising policies, and emerging trends
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality
- Coordinate with content creators and videographers to produce high performing content
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing TikTok and Snapchat marketing campaigns
- Proven experience generating qualified leads through social media advertising
- Experience in real estate lead generation is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management platforms
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
- Creative mindset with experience in short form video marketing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
