- Build long term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Ensure compliance with all RERA and legal documentation requirements
Requirements
- Experience in secondary market real estate in Dubai is preferred
- Freshers are also welcome
- Proven sales track record in closing secondary property deals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, driven, and goal oriented
- UAE driving license and car preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage
- 1 year of Dubai Real Estate experience required

Position Overview
- We are hiring experienced Real Estate Agents focused on Dubai’s secondary market (ready properties – sales & leasing). This is a commission only role offering a flat 65% commission – designed for agents who want to maximize their earnings and operate with independence.
