- Generate and manage leasing leads through company provided and self generated sources
- Assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial rental properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available listings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and property owners
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
- Prepare tenancy contracts, lease agreements, and related documentation
- Ensure all leasing transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies
- Update and maintain property listings on property portals and the company's CRM system
- Follow up with prospective tenants to maximize conversion rates
- Coordinate with property owners regarding availability, pricing, and property updates
- Stay informed about current rental market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize lead opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate leasing, sales, or customer service
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's residential and commercial leasing market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Professional appearance and customer oriented attitude
- Fluency in English is required
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred

About the Role

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in renting residential and commercial properties, managing the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- You will work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure successful property transactions while achieving leasing targets.
