About the Role

  • We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Leasing Agent to join our growing real estate team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in renting residential and commercial properties, managing the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will work closely with landlords and tenants to ensure successful property transactions while achieving leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leasing leads through company provided and self generated sources.
  • Assist clients in finding suitable residential and commercial rental properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available listings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and property owners.
  • Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, lease agreements, and related documentation.
  • Ensure all leasing transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Update and maintain property listings on property portals and the company's CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospective tenants to maximize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with property owners regarding availability, pricing, and property updates.
  • Stay informed about current rental market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize lead opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate leasing, sales, or customer service (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's residential and commercial leasing market is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long term client relationships.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Professional appearance and customer oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
