Department
Oilfield Technical Services Company – Human Resources Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the company’s international talent development program and gain hands-on experience in core HR and administrative functions.
- Support overseas recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, communication, interview coordination, and recruitment data analysis.
- Participate in training and talent development programs, and assist in planning and follow-up of implementation.
- Support cross-department communication in a multilingual environment (Chinese / Arabic / English).
- Assist in optimizing HR processes to improve efficiency and standardization.
- Participate in employee relations and corporate culture activities.
- Rotate across departments and gradually take on project responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Fresh graduates of 2025 or 2026.
- Fluent in English; HSK Level 4 or above in Chinese.
- Strong communication, learning ability, and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in student activities, internships, or projects is a plus.
- Strong interest in HR and international career development with willingness for long-term training.
