Role Description
This full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role is based in Dubai.
The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests, managing the reception area, and directing inquiries to the appropriate teams.
Daily responsibilities include answering and routing phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, scheduling appointments and meeting rooms, and maintaining visitor logs and security procedures.
The role also includes performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and preparing basic correspondence and reports.
The Front Desk Receptionist will collaborate with internal departments to support office operations and ensure a professional, courteous experience for all visitors and employees.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and support internal teams professionally.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including managing multi-line phone systems, directing calls, and maintaining visitor and call logs.
- Solid clerical skills, such as filing, data entry, scheduling, document preparation, and basic office administration.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or international environment.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office, email, calendar tools) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational or administrative training is a plus.
