Requirements
- Rank within top 10% of class
- Passed CET 6 or equivalent English proficiency (TOEFL ≥80, IELTS ≥6.0, etc.)
- Passed National Computer Rank Examination or equivalent certification
- Additional professional skills beyond major, supported by papers, certificates, or transcripts
- Served as chair or core member of college/university student union or minored in business/management
- Good physical and mental health, passed company physical tests
- Willingness to pursue international career opportunities
- Minimum 2 years of overseas study or living experience

任职资格 / Qualifications
- 专业排名：在同班级内成绩排名前10%
- 主修专业外的外语水平：通过大学英语六级考试，或英语成绩托福不低于80分、雅思不低于6.0分、领思不低于160分、托业不低于785分；其他小语种取得本专业最高等级专业证书
- 数智技能水平：通过全国计算机等级考试，或通过CCF认证、微软认证等证明等
- 主修专业外技能水平：具备主修专业外的其他专业技能，可提供相应论文，证书，或学校出具的成绩单
- 沟通表达技能及管理经营理念：担任院、校级学生会主席或学生会核心干部；辅修过经营管理相关课程；具有文体特长或写作、演讲等专业特长；有丰富社会实践经验
- 身体素质：身体健康，有运动习惯；气质形象良好；符合公司体能测试要求，体检报告合格；心理健康，抗压能力强，情绪良好，能够从容面对各类问题，接受全球挑战
- 具有全球化工作意愿
- 候选人需具备至少2年的海外学习或生活经历，满足跨文化沟通能力和全球化视野
