Job Overview
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and achievement oriented Sales Development Executive (B2B) to become a valuable addition to our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial client engagement to closing deals.

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs (meetings, new customers, and revenue).

- Strong understanding of marketing, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques.
- Target driven, resilient, and self motivated with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
- Ability to map accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
Salary
- AED 3,500 to 6,000 per month.
Office Location
- Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
