Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Sales Coordinator

to join a leading and diversified business group in Dubai.

This role plays a critical part in supporting centralized sales operations across multiple business entities, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate reporting, and an exceptional customer experience.

Mandatory

  • An attested degree from the UAE and the home country

Sales Support & Operations

  • Act as a central point of coordination for the Group Sales team across multiple entities
  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, sales orders, and contracts
  • Support lead engagement, follow-ups, and proposal development to assist in closing deals
  • Maintain CRM systems, sales pipelines, and customer databases
  • Track order progress, delivery timelines, and post-sales activities

Customer Support

  • Handle customer queries related to quotations, orders, invoices, and deliveries
  • Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience
  • Support customer onboarding and account maintenance

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and approvals in line with policies
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
  • Support audits and compliance requirements

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Finance, Logistics, Legal, Marketing, and Procurement teams
  • Coordinate on pricing, invoicing, stock availability, and delivery schedules

Process Improvement

  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
  • Support standardization of sales processes across entities
  • Assist in implementing CRM/tools enhancements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Coordination / Commercial Operations
  • Experience working with multiple business units or group-level sales teams is a plus
  • Background in trading, distribution, or diversified groups is advantageous
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • **Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and ERP systems**
  • Customer-focused and solution-driven mindset
