Job Overview
- Raffles & Fairmont Doha is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support the Leisure Sales team.
- The role involves administrative and operational support to drive revenue for both hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leisure Sales team.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales related documentation.
- Manage and maintain client accounts, correspondence, and sales records in CRM.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and leisure partners.
- Assist in responding to client inquiries and follow up on quotations, contracts, and payments.
- Monitor room allocations, release dates, and booking status.
- Prepare reports, sales activity updates, and performance trackers.
- Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and client visits.
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth execution of bookings.
