Job Scope
As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the sales team, assisting in sales administration, client communication, and coordination of sales activities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the hotel.
Your role involves organizing sales operations, managing sales inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and clients.
Sales Administration
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain sales records, update customer databases, and track sales activities to support the sales team in achieving their targets.
Client Communication
- Respond to client inquiries, provide information on hotel services and offerings, and assist in coordinating site visits and client meetings.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their requirements and ensure a high level of customer service.
Sales Support
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and coordinating sales events and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, sales collateral, and digital content to support sales initiatives.
Database Management
- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems and databases with client information, sales activities, and lead generation data.
- Generate reports, analyze sales data, and track key performance metrics to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Sales Coordination:
- Coordinate sales meetings, conference calls, and client presentations, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance.
- Liaise with internal departments, such as reservations, events, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and client requests.
- Follow-Up and Feedback:
- Follow up with clients after sales meetings or events to gather feedback, address any concerns, and nurture client relationships.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for enhancing the sales process and customer experience.
