Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement opening revenue strategy for Luxury Hotel Qiddiya
  • Maximize ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, total rooms revenue and overall profitability
  • Support total revenue management across Rooms, function space, F&B, Spa, etc.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand drivers

Revenue Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop and implement opening revenue strategy including rate architecture, pricing fences, segment strategy
  • Maximize ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, total rooms revenue and overall profitability
  • Support total revenue management opportunities across all revenue streams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, booking pace, lead time, cancellations
  • Translate market intelligence into commercial actions

Pricing, Inventory & Demand Management

  • Lead dynamic pricing, yielding, room availability, restrictions, overbooking strategy
  • Establish pricing recommendations across all demand segments
  • Coordinate pricing and inventory decisions across Qiddiya hotels
  • Protect rate integrity and brand positioning

Forecasting, Budgeting & Performance Management

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annual revenue forecasts
  • Support annual budgeting, business planning, reforecasting
  • Monitor performance against budget, forecast, prior year
  • Report and explain variances in key metrics

Distribution & Channel Management

  • Manage distribution strategy across direct and indirect channels
  • Ensure rate parity, content accuracy, booking rule integrity
  • Monitor channel production, cost of acquisition, conversion
  • Identify opportunities to grow direct bookings

Reservations Management

  • Oversee reservations performance and standards
  • Monitor booking quality, conversion rates, call handling
  • Implement upselling and cross selling initiatives

Pre Opening & Commercial Readiness

  • Coordinate revenue and distribution setup during pre opening phase
  • Validate rate loading, room type mapping, market codes
  • Coordinate channel setup with Sales, Marketing, Digital
  • Create and chair opening revenue meeting cadence

Cluster and Future Growth

  • Prepare revenue function to expand to cluster model
  • Develop common Qiddiya revenue management framework
  • Build scalable reporting across portfolio
  • Recommend future team structure

Commercial Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to align account strategy
  • Support group, event, MICE pricing decisions
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance
  • Provide revenue performance reports to leadership and owner

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Revenue Management, Distribution, Reservations team
  • Establish performance objectives and development plans
  • Build data driven, commercially focused culture
  • Train users on revenue systems and commercial processes
